Leadership Team
 Robert Gepfert has been leading this organization since its inception in 1997. He is responsible for business development, managing projects, managing staff, and setting and driving the strategic direction for the company. A University of Kentucky graduate (B.B.A. in Finance) with 29 years of business experience, Mr. Gepfert's career includes time in sales and management roles at education and information technology companies. He is a graduate of Xerox Sales Training, a former Dale Carnegie Instructor and holds a Toastmaster certification.
His involvement in the information technology and education community has included roles as a board member for the Association of Internet Professionals and of the Notes Users of the Tri-State. Currently, he serves on the board of advisors for the Haile - U.S. Bank College of Business for Northern Kentucky University.
Outside of his career, Mr. Gepfert has served as a mentor for inner city youth for the past 19 years (through Big Brothers and Cincinnati Youth Collaborative). In addition, he has served in teaching and leadership roles in several churches over the past 17 years. |

 Jeff Twardowski is the technology leader for Arden Corporation. He is responsible for technology training, infrastructure, and technical projects. Jeff has been involved in the information technology field for the past twenty-five years. His work in this industry includes administration, training, and applications development. Jeff has written a number of programs using various programming languages. He has served as an administrator in a number of environments.
Jeff worked for an international information technology corporation for the first thirteen years of his career. His roles included programmer, network engineer, network design and engineering, systems specialist, and messaging administrator. In his work for a regional insurance company for the next seven years, Jeff served as the lead administrator. This work included leading migrations, integrating new software, writing programs, and creating plans for project work.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati. He graduated with honors. He has earned his Masters degree in Business administration. In addition, he has taught classes at the University of Cincinnati as an adjunct professor. Jeff is a certified Distinguished Toastmaster, volunteers with the Boy Scouts, and lead the regional Notes User's Group for many years. |

 Beth Combs is the program coordinator for the organization. She is in charge of guest relations, operations, and partner relations.
Prior to joining Arden Corporation, Beth served as a program coordinator for the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. In this role, she coordinated logistics for continuing education programs, researched facilities, and assisted with creation of marketing materials. In her more recent work prior to starting her career at Arden Corporation, Beth worked in prescription processing for a regional prescription management organization. For this organization, she maintained patient profile information, processed prescriptions, and conducted research regarding member information using search programs.
Beth's college education included an internship at a juvenile penal facility that included substance abuse counseling. It also included study abroad for six months in India where she took courses in culture, religion, socioeconomic, and politics. One aspect of this education was spending time at shelters and clinics throughout India.
