 | Each meeting / training room is set up with the needs of the client in mind. We provide a clean set up with client and network operating software loaded, local area network connectivity, and a connection to the Internet. The instructor’s screen is projected to allow each learner to follow as needed. Arden has five (5) classrooms ranging in size from 460 square feet up to 1152 square feet.
A computer classroom rental rate includes:
- Dell computers with operating system loaded
- Network environment set up
- Software loaded and tested prior to first session
- Technical and administrative support during classroom hours
- Customer service personnel on site during classroom hours
- Wall mounted and portable dry-erase boards and flip charts
- Internet connection in each room
- Complementary snacks and drinks
- Wireless Internet throughout the facility
- Free parking
- Kiosk with computers to allow for Internet access
- Ceiling mounted projectors and screens
- Use of copy machine and fax service
- No gratuities, no sales taxes, no charges for refreshments
- Use of kitchen, lounge, and conference room
- handling of catering if meals served (no charge)

- number of individuals attending
- length of event
- number of workstations needed
- audio visual needs
