- WebSphere Application Server v7.0 Administration (WA1700)
- This course teaches the basics of the administration and deployment of enterprise applications in the IBM WebSphere Application Server v7.0 Network Deployment environment.
- Websphere Application Server 8.0 Administration on Windows (WA2031)
- This course teaches the basics of the administration and deployment of enterprise applications in the IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.0 Network Deployment environment. This course covers all of the topics required to administer a production WebSphere environment, including troubleshooting, security, databases, messaging, performance, scripting, web services, and clustering.
- Java EE Design Patterns using IBM Websphere and RAD 7.5 (WA1779)
- Patterns are widely accepted solutions to commonly occurring problems. For each pattern discussed in this course we outline the problem it is meant to solve and how to implement the pattern. The course is completely updated to take into account the advancements made in Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE). For pattern implementation, we cover Servlet, JSF and Struts wherever appropriate.
- Servlet and JSP Development Using Rational Application Developer 7.5 (WA1703)
- Students will learn to develop and test server-side applications based on the Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) component model using the IBM software platform of products and tools. Develop and test server-side applications that use servlets and JavaServer Pages (JSPs) for the control and flow of e-business applications.
- Programming JAX-WS Web Services using Rational Application Developer (WA1702)
- This course will you teach you how to develop Web Service provider and consumer applications for the WebSphere Application Server v7.0 platform. It will teach you the theory behind XML schema, WSDL and SOAP. It will proceed to teach you various Java specifications that cover Web Services development (such as JAX-WS and JAXB).
Advanced topics such as WS-Security, WS-Addressing, WS-ReliableMessaging and WS-Trust are also covered.
All the labs are done using RAD v7.5.
- Java EE 5 Programming with JSF, EJB 3.0 and JPA using Rational Application Developer 7.5 (WA1701)
- This 5 day training course teaches students how to develop Java EE 5 applications using RAD 7.5 for the WebSphere Application Server v7.0 platform. This course covers some of the newest technologies of the Java EE 5 platform, including JSF 1.2, EJB 3.0, and JPA. A brief intro to JAX-WS web services is also covered.
- Java EE 5 Programming with Servlets and JSPS in Eclipse and BEA (WA1647)
- Students will learn to develop and test server-side applications based on the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) component model using the WebLogic software platform of products and tools. Develop and test server-side applications that use Servlets and JavaServer Pages (JSPs) for the control and flow of e-business applications.
- Core Spring 3 Using RAD 8.0 and Websphere (WA1843)
- This course provides students with the knowledge needed to use the Spring Framework and Rational Application Developer 8.0 to develop flexible, testable and maintainable Java EE enterprise applications. This course covers v3.0 of the Spring Framework.
