Developing Education Programs

Examples of Program Design and Delivery:

Insurance Company:

A national property and casualty company ran into problems with the organization that created and was maintaining an application in their Websphere environment.  Having staff who were familiar with some elements of maintaining a Websphere application (e.g. Java programming experience), we tailored a short program to help them develop skill in the areas in which they needed more competence.  This included application tracing and troubleshooting, security management, and system updates.

Government Organization:

A county government agency found that they needed to get their staff ramped up on the administration elements of their messaging and work flow software.  They were experiencing down time with their systems and were not able to readily troubleshoot.  We developed for them an on site program directed at helping five of their staff learn the administration elements for their environment.

International Manufacturer:

An organization that was integrating a new estimation software for their operations needed to learn how to create reports using a third party tool.  One of our experts on the third party tool developed and delivered a custom program for a dozen of their engineering and information technology staff

International Distributor:

Some of the individuals in the shop for this company had a low level of skill using spread sheets and word processing applications.  This was impeding their work flow.  Over a period of several months we conducted two hour sessions for a number of the staff.  Their confidence and skill as a result of the program brought accolades from managers and co-workers.
