Robert Gepfert

Robert has been leading this organization since its inception in 1997. He is responsible for business development, managing projects, managing staff, and the strategic direction for the company.

A University of Kentucky graduate (B.B.A. in Finance) with 30 years of business experience, Robert's career includes time in sales and management roles at education and information technology companies.  He is a graduate of Xerox Sales Training, a former Dale Carnegie Instructor, and is certified as a Toastmaster.

His involvement in the business community has included roles as a board member for the Association of Internet Professionals and the Notes Users of the Tri-State and board of advisors for the Haile - U.S. Bank College of Business for Northern Kentucky University.  Currently, he serves on the board of advisors for the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College.

Outside of his career, Robert has served as a mentor for inner city youth for the past 19 years (through Big Brothers and Cincinnati Youth Collaborative). In addition, he has served and continues to serve in teaching and leadership roles in several churches over the past 19 years.
